Who we are
MapReply is a product of EER Ventures. We provide a human Google review-reply desk for dental practices. Contact us at hello@mapreply.co.
What we collect
- Onboarding form fields (business name, Google Business Profile link, invite email, tone notes, plan tier)
- Billing email and payment metadata processed by Stripe when you check out
- Google Business Profile manager access so we can draft and publish replies you approve
- Correspondence you send us by email or form
How we use information
We use this information to provide the review-reply service, bill for subscriptions, and support your practice. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
- Stripe — payment processing and billing portal
- Google — Google Business Profile access needed to publish approved replies
- Resend / email — operational email for onboarding and support
We do not sell personal information.
Reviews and health information
Google reviews are public. MapReply only works with public Google reviews. We do not handle patient charts, insurance files, or other protected health information (PHI). Do not put PHI in review replies, tone notes, or emails to us.
Retention
We keep customer and service records as long as needed to run the subscription and meet legal or accounting needs. You can ask us to delete account-related data when you cancel, subject to records we must keep.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a small U.S. service business. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@mapreply.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.
California notice
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, or correct certain personal information. MapReply does not sell personal information. Contact hello@mapreply.co to exercise these rights.
Children
MapReply is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
