Do you buy or post fake reviews?

No. Never. MapReply only replies to real Google reviews left by real customers. We do not buy, generate, solicit, or post fake reviews.

Who writes the replies?

Humans on the MapReply desk, using your tone notes. Drafts are written to sound like your business, not like a template farm.

Do replies post automatically?

By default, no. You approve each draft. You can optionally auto-approve short 5-star thank-yous.

How fast do you draft?

Within 1 business day of a new review landing on your Google Business Profile.

What access do you need?

A Google Business Profile manager invite from the account that owns the listing. We use it to draft and publish replies you approve. We do not need ownership transfer.

Is there a free trial or setup fee?

No free trial and no setup fee. Starter is $97 for the first month, then $297/mo for one location. Growth is $497/mo for up to three. Card is charged on day one.

Is this HIPAA-safe?

MapReply only works with public Google reviews. We do not handle patient charts, insurance, or other PHI. Do not put protected health information in review replies or tone notes.

Who am I paying?

You pay MapReply. Stripe charges appear as MapReply (or MAPREPLY on your statement). This is not Fareward or any other product.

Do you need my Google password?

No. Never. You send a Google Business Profile manager invite to the email we give you. We only need reply access, not ownership or your password.
